Meredith is a registered nurse and clinic manager at Obsidian Skin Spa, and her path into aesthetics happened as naturally as it was meant to. Nursing provided a strong clinical foundation, but aesthetics allowed her to combine medicine with creativity and genuine human connection in an entirely different way.
Over the past year at Obsidian, she has stepped into a wide range of roles — clinical support, operations, patient experience, education, and management — and the experience has completely transformed what nursing looks like to her. What she loves most is the understanding that the work is about more than skin. It’s about helping people feel comfortable and confident in themselves again.

A great client experience is personal, comfortable, and genuine from the moment someone walks through the door. Meredith wants every person to feel welcomed — not intimidated — and to know they’re in a safe space where they’ll be listened to honestly and cared for thoughtfully.
For her, it’s the little things that matter most: remembering details about someone’s life, easing nerves before a treatment, and making sure no one ever feels rushed.
OUTSIDE THE SPA
Outside of work, Meredith is deeply sentimental and family-oriented. She loves the beautiful chaos of mom life — making memories with her husband and daughter and soaking up the small moments most people overlook.
She genuinely loves building community and connections, which is probably why Obsidian feels so much like home. Her coworkers have become family, and that warmth naturally carries into the care she gives every client.

Meredith is deeply passionate about overall skin health and helping clients understand why their skin behaves the way it does. She is drawn to treatments focused on long-term transformation and lasting confidence.
She also has a genuine love for the education side of aesthetics — helping patients feel informed and empowered rather than overwhelmed. There’s something deeply rewarding, she says, about watching someone finally start feeling confident in their skin again.
