Jenna is a registered nurse with 11 years of experience spanning bedside nursing, oncology, travel nursing, and infusion care — she continues to work at Covenant Infusion Center alongside her role at Obsidian. Nursing has always been deeply personal to her, because at her core, she genuinely loves helping people.
She found her way into aesthetic skincare when she realized she could combine medicine, education, artistry, and patient connection all in one space. One of the most meaningful parts of this chapter has been working alongside Heidi, the owner of Obsidian and a lifelong friend — getting to grow in this industry beside someone she cares so deeply about has made the journey even more special.

For Jenna, a great client experience begins the moment someone walks through the door. She wants every patient to feel welcomed, comfortable, and like they’re part of the Obsidian family — truly listened to and understood.
She never wants anyone to feel pressured or judged. Appointments with Jenna are relaxed, educational, and personalized. Her goal is always for patients to leave feeling heard, safe, and cared for, with a better understanding of their skin and their goals.
OUTSIDE THE SPA
Outside of work, Jenna’s world revolves around her husband and son — spending quality time with the people she loves most. She is happiest when she’s outdoors, whether that’s hunting, fishing, golfing, or running.
She loves making memories without even realizing it in the moment — the simple days, the laughs, the traditions, and the little things that end up meaning the most.
AREAS OF PASSION
Jenna is especially passionate about regenerative aesthetics and long-term skin health. CO2 laser treatments are among her favorite services to perform, alongside microneedling and Sculptra — treatments she loves because they stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and create lasting, healthy changes in the skin.
She also has a deep appreciation for wrinkle relaxers and toxin treatments, but regenerative skincare holds a particular place in her heart because of its focus on helping patients age naturally and confidently while genuinely improving the overall health of their skin.
